Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages may be subject to a reshipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist with carrier claims when possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.
